AM really desperate for movies recently~ XD Especially CNY movies~ I was really beh tahan yesterday and went to watch "Homecoming" with eeyore... This movie is really funny! What with all the things happening when Karen Neo (Jack Neo) and her son (阿牛) are on their way back to Kuala Lumpur for CNY eve dinner... Haha... The taxi driver (Afdlin Shauki) is so cute and lovable! XD Especially when he's talking over the phone to his wife and their expected baby~ Though Mark Lee is acting as a stern chef this time, his Mandarin-mix-Cantonese-slang is so outrageously hilarious! He's not even acting funny this time you know, it's his slang that has done the job~! I learn from this movie that we still have to wait for the late ones before we eat our 团圆饭, no matter how starved we are... Or else the 团圆饭 will be no more a 团圆饭~

THIS is my 2nd attempt on water marbling... And I succeed! Yay~ So happy when i watched the nail polish dispersed on the water one ring after one ring... Feels like I'm a witch mixing my poison... XD However, I can't draw out the pattern as easily as the videos showed... Maybe I'm too slow... Taking pictures of my "poison" halfway through... Haha... Thanks to eeyore, I realized what mistake I had done during my 1st failed attempt, that is, I didn't shake my nail polish bottle~ Shaking it will make the nail polish comes out smoother... ^^

最近我连续断了两次手指甲---右手的食指和中指……也许是总是用指甲油清洁剂的关系，搞到指甲变薄了才会断的吧……T.T 害我为了在过年前保持指甲的最佳状态，好几个星期都不敢涂指甲油了……手还蛮痒的……>.< 没办法，只好先忍住了~

a day full of new discoveries n failed attempts~ XD
0 comments bla bla bla... by Unknown at 10:33 PMA day out with miao brings me to discover:
- RM25 long jeans pants!!! O.o do u believe it?! it's at a shop in Wisma Hopoh, which i oredi forgotten its existence for a long time... and i discover these jeans only after i bought RM29 jeans shorts from another shop... @@
- a bead store at One Jaya~ when i entered the shop, i feel like doing as much DIY necklace n bracelets n so on as possible~ it has got all sorts of beads that u can practically think of~ and it also offers beading lessons~
- and i just notice that 100 Yen is such a useful and cute store~ stupid me, it's so near to my home and i only know of its awesomeness today... i should have gone there more often~
We decided to try water marbling today... so we gathered our nail polishes, got all the stuffs needed, and conducted the 1st ever marbling at my home... and... sigh~ water marbling isn't just as simple like what we watched in the Youtube tutorials~! >.<
nail polish? set! cups filled with water? set! satay stick (i ran out of tooth pick XD)? set!

SUDDENLY miss Toast Bar's sandwiches this morning... so my dear n i went thr to have our breakfast~ thr's some new menus, one of them is bamboo charcoal sandwich... the black coloured sandwich attracted us, so we ordered one... well, it's just like any other sandwich at Toast Bar, only the colour is smoked black...

after breakfast, impulsively i suggested we go watch "Great Day" ("天天好天")... i reli cant wait any longer to watch this movie that i've been longing to watch ever since the movie's merry ads started singing into my ears a few times a day through MY FM... n the movie is so reli nice~ so touching~ i started sobbing half way through the movie till the end n my dear had to help wipe my tears... lol~ reli, it's a gud movie portraying the bond between parents with their children, n also the bond between grandparents with their grandchildren as well... besides touching, it's also funny at times, just like wat Zhuo Hui Qing said in the ads:"笑着感动" ^^
while my eyes were still red from all the sobs, we went to Kenny Rogers for lunch~ coz my tam ciak mouth feels like eating the home-made muffin~ XD

YESTERDAY went to change my IC with miao... n it turn out to be a shopping spree~ XD the amount that we spent... ugh... i cant bring myself to even think of it... and oh my poor legs, painful coz of my wicked shoes, n this leads to another stash of cash flying away when i went out wif my mum last nite... for a new pair of DEFINITELY more comfortable shoes... when i reached home, i juz realized that somehow i've acquired a kind of "ribbon obsession", many little things that i bought recently, or given by my lovely frens, take the shape of a ribbon... XD
this is the cute denim coloured ribbon hair clip wif some dreamy white lace n glittering diamonds from my dear... ^^
rmb my x'mas gift from odie? a red diamond hair clip~
a reli sweet gift from miao (whom i now highly suspect that she has got this "ribbon obsession" too!) after loitering back from Sabah~ Japanese patterned earrings~~~ again, in the shape of ribbon~ XD haha...
a flowery red hair clip wif flowers all over~ XD bought together wif miao at One Jaya... she bought one wif stripes n in brown colour... recommended by lady at the shop... which i think reli suits her...
a BIG pre-faded denim ribbon of a head band, bought together wif eeyore at Hills~
omg~ this is one massive treasure i bought yesterday~ XD love it reli much~ it will be my bag during Chinese New Year~ ^^

I done these nails last nite n sadly, my mum said they're like snake skin... T.T n more sadly, the silver tape tend to peel off itself... haiz... more more sadly, one of my nails broke when i was applying nail polish... will it grow back to my desired length during Chinese New Year? wuwuwu... hope so~
