Drenched~ *0*

"Drenched" by WanTing

She's WanTing 曲婉婷, a talented composer, songwriter and singer from China... She has a really amazing voice that immediately attracts me when I first listened to her songs on radio. In spite of where she comes from, her style is very different from other China artists, more foreign influences and assemble a little of Joana Wang and Tanya Chua. "Drenched" is my favourite song out of her many other nice songs, have been listening to it over and over for these few days already... ^^

Here's some of her other heartfelt songs~
“承认”

"Jar of Love"

My cute niece~

She's now 2 years and 2 months old~! How fast a baby grows... It feels just like yesterday when she's so small and I can cradle her in my arms, and now she's a little ah pui, a consequence of her passion for food~ The first word she learnt to speak is mum-mum, see? And now she's already able to feed herself using spoon and fork and also chopsticks, thanks to her passion for food. Lol~

Posing with her nerdy blue glasses

A close-up look on her cute round face XD

9 Pax Lundu Trip~

Went to Union Retreat on Wed with my awesome bunch of LKW friends. Had been here a few times before, Union Retreat always give me the feeling of calm and serene, and clean~ And this time it's especially tranquil, as we came during weekdays, the whole retreat only cater for us! Woots! Though few people join us as the night veiled, but still, it feels like we own the swimming pool~ we own the jacuzzi~ we own the water slide~ we own the whole beach!!!

See the jacuzzi at the side there? I didn't have the chance to enjoy it at the end as no worker is operating it... T.T

Sunny and shady~

Syok sendiri self-portrait of us girls

Dinner - Steamboat time!! With the tom yam soup cooked by our Chef Mich~

Poor Jordan's blanket is salvaged by girls' team~

Girls' room with a queen size bed and an extra single mattress

Enjoying the pool in the sun~

The water slide!!! I thought it's no big deal before trying it, and soon found out it's just too fun to be in a baby pool! The water level is not deep enough to cushion our butts from the slide, and we all ended up with o che butts...

After checking out from Union Retreat, we went sight-seeing at Tasik Biru...

The sight-seeing platform is just floating above the lake without foundation underneath, so it's kinda wobbly there... XD

Then we went to Fairy Cave afterwards~ The red circle there is my friend Eeyore, see how huge the cave is?
It's exciting climbing the steep stairs up high and seeing the surrounding views at the sight-seeing platform~ You'll get to appreciate what the nature has given us visually! There's two ways leading up from where Eeyore was standing, this picture is taken from one side, and we ventured to another side which is the dark part at the upper right area of the picture. It is the inner side of the cave and appears to be quite creepy with some of the rocks defining human figures. We went quite deep inside, and suddenly we heard sounds, crack-crack-crack... coming from the deeper area of the cave. And all of us held our breaths, and were like "are you thinking what I'm thinking?" The we saw two westerners and two asians emerging out from the inner side of the cave, apparently they were just tourists and the sound we heard was their footsteps. Phew... That nearly scared the hell out of me... But it really was a funny experience. XD

It's such a memorable trip~ All of us would part in the coming month and it would be quite hard to get everyone together again. Anyway, we'll just enjoy ourselves to the fullest till convo!! The last moments of ID6 bohhh~!

Omigosh!! I still can't believe it!!! I'm ready to graduate already!!! WOOHOOOOO!!! Am so happy that it's the end of my sleepless nights~ But then I miss everyone in my class already~ Haha~ I had really great course mates this semester, though not everyone, but most of them are very cooperative and we completely portray our team work spirit!! Especially in this exhibition style final FINAL presentation~ We worked together to decorate Drafting Room 3 and totally transformed it!! Awww~~ I'll miss everyone really badly! T.T I was about to break down when we all sat together after presentation and shared what we learnt during this semester with our lecturer... Seriously, this is the best semester I ever had in Limkokwing during this 3 years of Diploma! Just hope that I had salvaged enough photos of us all for me to get nostalgia in the future~ XD

A lovely cake from our dearest lecturer~

Coffee VS Romance

Went to shop for books on last Friday, by using the vouchers worth RM200 that the government gave to us students. As a bookworm, I'm really thankful for the vouchers~ ^^ So, I bought a few books to savour, some  benefits for my study, some for self-enrichment and some for my leisure~!

So far I just finish reading the Chinese novel "Irish Coffee". A nice love story associated with Irish coffee, which is a strong and warm blend of coffee bean and alcohol. Thumbs up for the book! Makes me curious of this coffee's unique taste~ *drool* Recently I'm attracted to romance that has the warm coffee aroma wafting in it, after I read this other book "等一个人咖啡" written by Giddens, another really wonderful story of coffee and love. I read this book read till my tears welled out. It's touching, and shows how oblivious human could be when love come to them.

Growing up~ ^o^

Escaped from 6 months of internship at long last 10 days ago, i.e., last year~ So before the Uni starts at the end of February, I still have some time to relax and adjust myself to this brand new 2012, and of course, to do the internship report as well, but let's leave that for a while~ Lalala~ XD

For now, the most important thing is to help my mum clean up our home so that it will look squeaky clean and tidy for Chinese New Year, just around the corner~! Woots~ And while I was beginning to clean my bookshelf this morning, I reached for my diary which I wrote during secondary school, and then I started drowning into the memories of my secondary school life... Then I realized that some little parts of me has changed from then till now, including perspective towards life and a bit of personality. The 'me' in secondary school always grumble and moan over little things. Now that I looked back again, those rocks that used to seem so large are like small stones to me now. How incredible it feels when we are growing up~ And then I realized, I spent an hour and a half over the diary and cleaned nil percent of my bookshelf! =.=

Anyway, let's cheers for our growth year by year and continue to strive our best now and in the future!!! XD
